FAQ
Questions parents ask.
Q1Can I use popular songs on my reel?
Every reel includes a no music version, so you can add trending audio inside Instagram or TikTok, where it is licensed. Our own exports use licensed tracks only, because unlicensed songs get muted or taken down.
Q2How do you handle privacy for minors?
Footage is private by default, and a parent or guardian accepts the terms when the account is set up. We never use an athlete in our marketing without a separate written opt in from a parent. Other players can be blurred on request. Raw footage is deleted 60 days after delivery, unless you are on Signing Day, where we keep your athlete's library.
Q3What if my athlete is hard to spot?
That is what the player card is for. Jersey number and color, position and one screenshot with your athlete circled tell the AI and the editor who to follow, and a person checks the ring is on the right player in every clip. If you know when the big plays happened, add the times and we start there.
Q4When will my reel be ready?
Reels are edited in the order received. Most games arrive Sunday night, so the line is longest early in the week. Your account shows a live estimate for every game you send. Your plan sets your lane: Prospect games go in the standard lane, Showcase games in the priority lane, and Signing Day games at the front of the line.
Q5What if we film more than our plan covers?
Send it anyway. Plans count hours of game film, and anything past your plan's hours is saved, not refused. We message you a custom quote before we edit it, and nothing is charged until you agree.
Q6Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel anytime, with no contract. Paying for a four month season or a full year up front saves 25%, and your hours pool across the whole term.
Q7Which phones work?
Any iPhone or Android that records video. Upload straight from your camera roll, or paste a GameChanger, Hudl, Google Photos or iCloud link. Big files are normal, and uploads pick up where they left off if your signal drops.
